What flowers to go with dress/color scheme?

I want my bouquet to be all white, but I'm open for a few splashes of color. I really don't want to use traditional roses. I'm going to model my bridesmaids bouquets after I get mine figured out first. I really like hydrangeas, peonies, and orchids. My color scheme is lavender, baby blue, and light pink with gold accents, and I'll be getting married at Disney World next May, not that that's too important. Any ideas? Thanks.
