Last Question about the Xbox360 Arcade?

What types of DVD's does it play I know Blue Ray? Does it play PAL DVD's to like I got some German concert DVD's that need another player to play them on, so if i pop it right into the Xbox 360 Arcade will it pick up?

xbox 360 CANT play blu-ray and as far as dvd's i think the only way it wouldn play them is if they are region locked...but im not sure i just know you cant import xbox games from other countries because they are region locked
